By opting in to receive SMS text messages from KAYDYNCE, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained separately. Your acceptance of KAYDYNCE's general Terms of Use alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
KAYDYNCE may use SMS text messaging in connection with the KAYDYNCE Construction Management System and related services.

KAYDYNCE does not charge a separate fee solely for sending or receiving SMS messages through the KAYDYNCE text messaging service unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
Your wireless carrier or service provider may charge you for SMS messages, data or other services according to your wireless plan.
You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier or service provider.
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages from KAYDYNCE at any time.
Reply STOP to a KAYDYNCE text message to unsubscribe.
KAYDYNCE may also recognize other standard opt-out requests supported by our messaging provider, including QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE.
After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, KAYDYNCE will not send additional messages covered by that opt-out unless you subsequently provide renewed consent or another message is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Opting out of SMS messaging does not necessarily cancel your KAYDYNCE account or subscription and does not prevent communications through other channels when those communications are permitted.
Where supported, you may be able to resume SMS communications by replying START or otherwise providing renewed consent through a KAYDYNCE-approved opt-in process.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The availability and functionality of SMS messaging may change because of carrier requirements, telecommunications regulations, technology changes or other circumstances outside KAYDYNCE's control.

Certain SMS messages may relate to Vendors, Trades, Suppliers or other project participants.
KAYDYNCE provides the technology used to facilitate these communications but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of information provided by project participants.
Important project decisions, contractual commitments, payment obligations, change orders, safety matters and other significant construction matters should be independently reviewed and documented as appropriate for your project.
The KAYDYNCE SMS service is not an emergency communications service.
Do not rely upon KAYDYNCE SMS messaging for emergencies, immediate threats to health or safety, fire, medical emergencies, law-enforcement matters or other situations requiring immediate assistance.
For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency services directly.
SMS communications may not always be secure.
Messages may be visible to anyone who has access to your mobile device or telephone account.
You should use appropriate judgment before transmitting highly sensitive, confidential or financial information through SMS.
